Need Currency Field with 4 digits to right of decimal

We created a field called Unit Price of type Currency.  The unit price can have 4 digits to the right of the decimal point.  The system keeps truncating to 2 digits.  Is there a way to have a 4 digit currency field.  we would prefer to keep it as a currency field so we can do currency transformations correctly.
