US Payroll: July 1st go live - struggling with Pay_Balance_Uploads

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

None of the payroll documents or steps is working for me.

Please HELP!!! experts!!!!!

Getting the following type of error when I follow the Screts of balance upload note
