Incorrect commission calculated for reps HAVING TARGET CHANGE
We receive YTD booking each period, and we have YTD calc running each period for system to calculate commission.
During begining of the fiscal year, we set every period of the salesrep with same amount of annual QUOTA and annual
TARGET respectively. i.e for example, if Target of the rep is $1000 for the whole year, then each period of the rep
will have $1000.

We are using standard OIC feature "Interval To Date Sales Credit" to get the bookings attainment. When there is a
TARGET CHANGE and overall attainment crossing 100%, then system calculated commission is not as per our expectation.
