Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sales, Marketing, and Territories Apps - EBS (MOSC)

ORA-01722: invalid number in Package AMS_ACTMETRIC_PVT Procedure Create_ActMetric

Hi,

I am getting an error when trying to create an email activity and an event in Marketing responsibility.

The error is - ORA-01722: invalid number in Package AMS_ACTMETRIC_PVT Procedure Create_ActMetric.

Navigation is - Marketing Administrator - > Campaing Dashboard -> Activity ->Create Activity.

I found two metalink notes for the above error -

NOTE:790770.1 - ORA-01722 Invalid Number Error On Campaign Email Activity
NOTE:1175768.1 - Ora-01722 - Invalid Number Error While Creating Event

In both the notes, the solution provided is :

1. Please verify and set profile MO: Operating Unit at responsibility level (for the Marketing
responsibilities).
