11.5.10.2 maintenance pack 3480000 failed on Sript Asocruhk.sql ORA-04063: package body "APPS.JTF_US

Hello,
We are in process of upgrading the applications from 1158 to 115102 which was migrated from AIX to OEL4
with database 9.2.0.8. As part of upgrade while we run maintainance patch 3480000 one of the worker failed.
Attached the worker logfile and patch logfile...Tried to compile the package body but its failed as below.
