We have nexus in only 6 States - how to configure EBTax?

 We have nexus in only 6 states but have all US jurisdictions set up.  We have loaded the tax rates for all jurisdictions and have EBTax configured to do the taxation.  How do we turn off the states where we don't collect sales tax?
