LIstener password in a RAC environment

 Hi,

our audit officer tells us to secure the listener in production environment setting the password. 

This is not a problem regarding single instance database. In a RAC environment the listener are registered as nodepps. Using the command srvctl to manage the listener (start, stop, save config), I had to enter the password ? 

How the CRS could start the listener node apps automatically without entering the password ? 

These are the versions of the prod env:

- CRS: 11.1.0.7

- ASM: 11.1.0.7

- RDBMS: 10.2.0.4
