Knowledge Management Approval Process is not working

Hi,

I created a rule like approval required in the authoring flow.when the user selects approval required as a authoring flow ,the solution status is changing to approval required. But the approval notification is not going to assigned group on the authoring flow rule.

As per the requirement the knowledge worker should only author(Create) the solutions, he can't publish the solutions.Based on the approval notifications the administartors only publish the solutions.

Please help me on this.
