Kernel parameter solaris 10

Dear all,

I'm using solaris 10 and 10.2.0.5.0.

I plan to create multiple instance(6 instance) on 1 server.

Do we need to set all below parameter? Is it true that those setting is not valid in solaris 10? If still valid what is the max value/best practices for this parameter.

I have 32gb memory and plan to upgrade to 64gb memory later.

SHMMNI 
SHMSEG
SEMMNS
SEMMNI 
SEMMSL
