Merged patches 7461070 & 9179588 & 9477107 on 12.1.1 erroring with lossy conversion issues

While upgrading from 11i to R12   following the upgrade driver in Chapter 3 of Oracle
Applications Upgrade Guide: Release 11i to Release 12.1.1, we perform the
following steps instead.


1- Merge patch (9179588:R12.AD.B) with 9477107:R12.AD.B and R12.AD.B.1
(patch 7461070).
2. Apply the merged patch driver in its entirety.
