Hello - We'll be implementing Order capture using Siebel CRM. Business wants following functionalities

1) Create new subscription

2) Modify subscription and add more products

2) Modify subscription and cancel/remove products

3) Mofify subscription and upsell products

4) Modify subscription and suspend/resume products

We sell to lot of different customer segments and some of the customer segment have
MSA (master service agreement) for 5 years where list price remains same for 5 years.

We're exploring different Siebel model on how to implement this requirements.

There have been 2 ideas floating

1) Use asset based ordering (ABO) - Use Quote, Order and asset objects

We can use Quote --> document view to generate the contract and I don't believe we need to create agreement for it

Howdy, Stranger!
