Conversion of Capital Leased Assets

I am trying to manually convert about 8 Capital leases into PeopleSoft from a legacy system.  Since the calculations in the legacy system did not make sense, we decided to use the NBV of the Lease and spread it over the remaining life of the Lease, hence using the NBV on the books as the new Cost.

We have a monthly rental amount and a NBV (new cost) that need to remain static.

When entering the Lease, you can only enter the Monthly Rental Amount or the Cost.  When I use either value, the other value does not tie to the spreadsheet from our legacy system.
