Cancelled invoice is having non-zero tax distributions

Hi

Can anyone please reply to this question.I have one issue in which a Invoice is matched to a PO which is having tax lines.Invoice was cancelled without any holds but not accounted .Tax lines are reversed but the distributions are non-zero.I could notice that non-recoverable tax got created for one distribution line.
