Rejection Reason "The following tasks are not ready for revenue" when running hte PRC Generate Dra

When we run the PRC Generate Draft revenue for a single project, we are getting the following rejection reason " The following tasks are not ready for revenue"..

Has anyone seen this rejection reason and how we can resolve it?
