Standard Report Mapping from 11.5.10 to R12? Is this documented anywhere?

I am looking for a consolidated list that maps 11.5.10 standard reports to R12 reports.

Our need is really for end user training documentation--to help users identify where they need to look for a 'new' report name.

Surely this must be documented in a consolidated place by Oracle?  I see bits and pieces spread out across the FInancials Functional Upgrade Guide, but nothing that is in a more 'consolidated' list mapping the old reports to the new reports.
