Need to add function "View Transaction Summaries" in a menu

Dear All,

Please help me to fix the issue.

I have just added an function "View Transaction Summaries" in a menu. And once i go to check its functionality it is giving an error message "The View Transaction Summaries function is not available under this responsibility"(resp- name"
