regarding the onhand quantity

Hi guru's
I am performing the lot translate by using the open interface tables  and it is working fine but the problem is what the lot which i have in my procedure is available in material work bench
and in the mean time the availability  button is not enabling i am attaching the whole code and the snap shot of the error which i am facing
