Hi,

While appling patch 3653484 (Patch 11i.FIN_PF.G) , all worker have failed or waiting.

adpatch.log showing multiple errors.

  FAILED: file faadiqry.ldt on worker  1.
  FAILED: file faadiint.ldt on worker  2.
  FAILED: file faadiprm.ldt on worker  3.
.
.
.

  FAILED: file faadiprm.ldt on worker  1.
  FAILED: file faadiqry.ldt on worker  2.
  FAILED: file faadiint.ldt on worker  4.
