Chinese characters in exported csv output format display mess in MS Excel 2003

1. View the report, choose output format 'CSV', click Export buttion, the csv output file is generated.

2. Download and open in MS Excel 2003, the Chinese character displays mess.

3. MS Excel 2003 > Excel Options > Advanced > Web Options > Encoding is Chinese Simplified (GB2312).

4. Choose output format 'Excel', click Export button, the file can be downloaded and opened. Chinese character could be displayed well.

is there any limitation on opening .csv file via MS excel in BIP?
