Pay On Receipt AutoInvoice

Hi

We are in 11i 11.5.10.2 and using Pay On Receipt AutoInvoice fuctionality.

It is working fine since last 8 yrs.

Now a day we are getting problem.

For one PO its craeted invoices but for one receipt, it was not created invoice in payables.

While doing reconciliation we found more than 10 invoices not created by Pay On Receipt AutoInvoice programm.

Can anybody guide me?
