Custom Object 4-15 in expression builder

Hello everybody.
is it possible to use the custom object 7, for example, field in an action expresison in q workflow? I can see CO1-2-3, but not 4-15.
I need to copy that valued contained in the CO4 field into another field.
Is that possible?
