Uploading Budgets - Issue

Hi All,

We are trying to upload budgets using web ADI in R12.1.3.

Path Desktop Integrator (Responsibility)-> create document -> General ledger - Budgets (template)

We are getting the following error - 'You do not have access to upload budgets, Please contact system administrator'.

We did assign the 'Enter Budgets' menu function to 'Desktop Integrator'  responsibility but still error is coming.

Please suggest is there any other menu function or setups needs to be performed to resolve this?

Appreciate your suggestions to resolve this issue.
