Patch 12695646 : MSC : 12.1.3 : Worker job MSC_ORP_MATERIAL_PLANS.xdf fails with " Table is non-part

Hi there
We are applying Planning Patch 12695646:R12.SCP_PF.B  (VCP 12.1.3.6 Patch) but the Worker for
job MSC_ORP_MATERIAL_PLANS.xdf is failing with errors like :

   FAILED: file MSC_ORP_MATERIAL_PLANS.xdf:
   MSC_ORP_RESOURCE_PLANS table is non-partitioned in db. Cannot convert a non-partitioned table to partitioned one

   FAILED: file MSC_PLAN_CONSTRAINTS.xdf:
   MSC_PLAN_CONSTRAINTS table is non-partitioned in db. Cannot convert a non-partitioned table to partitioned one.

We urgently need to complete this patch - please help
