Can´t startup asm

Hello everyone

I am trying to configure a database in linux with asm

the grid infrastructure installation went well and as usuall i restarted my server to test if everything worked but when i want to start ask through sqlplus i get

ORA-01078:failure in processing system parameters

ORA-29701:UNABLE TO CONNECT TO CLUSTER SYNCHRONIZATION SERVICE

and if i try to start it using srvctl start asm -o mount

i get

PRCR-1079: Failed to start resource ora.asm

ORA-27154: post/wait create failed

CRS-2674: sTART OF 'ora.asm' on 'grid' failed

Any help to solve this issue will be appreciated
