ORA-00001: unique constraint error during material issue on HVR form

Hi,

We are having an error when we are trying to issue materials from HVR form for few jobs. This seems to be happening when multiple users are testing this. This might be a huge issue when we go live if our assumption on multiple users is true. Has any one who has gone live on R12.13 depot repair faced this kind of error?

Navigation: Depor Repair Super User> create repair order> Create job> Go to technician portal/HVR form to issue the materials, the error pops up at times

Error:ORA-00001: unique constraint (CSD.CSD_WIP_TRANSACTION_DETAILS_U2) violated in Package CSD_HV_WIP_JOB_PVT Procedure PROCESS_ISSUE_MTL_TXN
