Response time is being taking more than 30 Seconds, when using 3rd party RT-listener service in Win-

Greetings…

PLEASE REDIRECT THIS INCEDINT TO A PROPER COMMUNITY, IF I'VE RAISED IT WRONGLY - THANKS.

I’m not sure whether, we have a network, Oracle database, or something else performance issue, when a treasury client request a pre-limit check enquiry from the database using TCP/IP connection on LAN, the response time is being taking more than 30 Seconds; and it is unaccepted by the client. I agree.

Allow me to dictate a brief history of our Oracle database environment.

A few weeks ago, we’ve migrated our Oracle database10gR2 (10.2.0.3) running on Windows2003 EE 32bit to Oracle database10gR2 (10.2.0.5) running on Windows2008 R2 EE 64bit, for a purpose of memory performance
