Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 2 serial numbers are associted with WIP job having 1 quantity

There are 2 serial numbers are associated with WIp job having 1 quantity. Serial numbers are generated by some schedulled program.

I have tested this issue by manually submitting this program TWICE for some WIP job having 1 quantity, but it has not geterated 2 serial numbers.

Why it has happened ? Does it require some dat fix ?
