Oracle Cluster installation in Window server 2003

when i installed oracle Rac 10g in 2003 server

The Specify Cluster Configuration screen shows only the RAC1 node in the cluster. i Click the "Add" button to continue.

Enter the details for the RAC2 node and click the "OK" button.


Click the "Next" button to continue.


i an getting error


Error: "You must enter unique values for the public node name,
the private node name and the virtual hostname for all nodes in the cluster
the name ,rac1-vip ,that you entered is being used by more than one node in the list.

Pllease advise how to fix the issues
