Raising of multiple secondary work orders in process manufacturing

 We have a scenario as follows:
Biscuit factory produces wafer cream biscuits. Cream biscuits get manufactured after cream is manufactured, dough is manufactured, wafers are manufactured and later assembly of biscuits take place.

Each of the secondary processes (cream making, dough making & wafer making) run in parallel. 

Is there any way that when Work order is entered for Biscuit assembly, secondary work orders also get generated and they all are bound together?
