Hi in grid control when i configure the agents ,and their status became up and every thing seems fine 
but when for example tomorrow i check the same they look like  or some times like  
in some cases i reconfigure database target and issue resolves but in some cases i have to remove the target and add it again so it comes ok .
the question is why this happens while the agent is up .
i have seen some times once the cpu load of server reaches top this happens but i have no idea about the real reason or how it can be prevented .
