requirement for Upgrade OracleAS 10g upgrade while upgrading to 12.1.3

Hi Gurus,

We are upgrading our application from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 and then to 12.1.3.

Now as per 12.1.3 upgrade advisor we need to upgrade to 10ASg to 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.2.3(incase of forms/reports), but those version comes with 12.1.1 installation pack,so do we need to consider 10ASg upgrade step anyway incase we don't  want to go to latest version?
