Pivot Currency option in Currency rate manager

Hi
Could you please provide some suggestion on below issue facing,

In Currency rate manager, setup page,

1. I've defined the Pivot currency - AUD
2. Defined following as contra currencies - HKD, GBP, INR.
3. Done all the required setups.

Now, i've uploaded exchange rates in below way,
AUD to  HKD
AUD to  GBP
AUD to  INR

as per the desired functionality, system needs to run "Program - Daily rates import and calculation" program automatically. But, it's not happening in our case. and so,
not creating following exchange rates,
HKD to GBP
HKD to INR

Please suggest me, whether do i need to enable any profile option to obtain this functionality.
