Who is responsible to monitor the SR solution ? How can I contact with?

 I have one SR ,which is there more than 2 months, and with 2 conference meeting . Still do not have the clear reply about what is the problem and what is the solution ..I am really doubt about to pay the high yearly maintenance fee.
