Patch 10281209 - HRMS RUP 9 Hrglobal.drv fails running Hrrunprc.sql

Hi,

After applying patch 10281209 - HRMS RUP9 successfully while running the hrglobal.drv the following error is received:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20001: Phase 1 will cause exceptions to be raised.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 939
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_LEGISLATION", line 7603
ORA-06512: at line 1
