RDF Migration reduced the size of the file in 11.1.1.6

We have successfully installed and configured Oracle Reports 64 bit version. But when our client tries to migrate RDF files from 10g to 11.1.1.6 version using rwconvertor, the resultant file size is reduced a bit. Please let me know this is the expected behaviour or any issues
