Creating 11.2.0.3 components and packages....

I am doing a data migration using datapump export and import from an 11.1.0.7 database to a preconfigured 11.2.0.3 database, but there seem to be more compilation errros and less public synonyms than occurred during our test runs..

I investigated this and found that there were less entries in the 11.2.0.3 database than in the 11.1.0.7 database..

I would like them th have the same components and I would like to installl the remaining ones but dont know what scripts to run for each component.

Can anyone assist and tell me what they are, or what I should do to install the missing components,  or where to look for a list of scripts and associated components/objects for Oracle 11.2.0.4
