Q:Schedule Orders or Orders Backlog Workbench

Hello,
I'm preparing for CRP scheduled next week, and the scenario is about rescheduling
sales orders when Job/PO changed after returning ATP(based on collected data).

My question is, when you reschedule orders, which function do you usually use,
Scheduling Workbench(Schedule tab of Order Organizer) or Orders Backlog Workbench?
Are they for different purpose?

Any help will be appreciated.
