Health Savings Plans, Flexible Spending plans and Benefit Pools
Does anyone have experience implementing a Health Savings Account and a Flexibile Spending Account when Flexible Credits are being used? Currently our unused credits roll over to the Flexible Spending plan. I am also looking for a post election edit rule if we decide that if employees enroll in the High Deductible plan, they are not able to enroll in a Flexible Spending plan.
