Pre-Migration Patch (4425327) related with OPM Order Fulfillment to Order Management Migration

Hi,

We will do release 12 upgrade from 11i (11.5.10 level) system and we need to make sure that  4425327 patch should be applied or not? This patch is mentioned in Order Fulfillment to Order Management Migration (Release 11.5.10) document. If you have any idea related this subject, please inform me asap.
