Patch 9239090: EBS 12.1.3 Upgrade - Various Errors are Encountered.

Here are some of the errors:---fem----------------------------------------

adlibout: error: The following object modules were not found in libfem.a.

io_lsora_merge.o

adlibout will not try to extract these object modules.
The adpatch utility will add them to libfem.a if necessary.
