Unable to un-end date Areas

Hi Everyone

A couple months ago I had some users that requested a couple Areas to be end dated so that they couldn't be used but now they want to use them again and when I try to un-end date them it is greyed out.  Has anyone run into this before??  If so please let me know how to do this so we are able to continue with the go-live of this site.  We are still on 11.5.10.
