Return to supplier transaction stuck in pending status -- does not interrface to Assets

I have created a return to supplier transaction in inventory.  It has interfaced to Install Base, but the Status is "Pending".  It does not interface to Assets.  There are no error messages or erred transaction in IB.  how can I get this transaction interfaced?
