Tools for R12 upgrade

Hello,

Our company is upgrading to R12 and we are evaluating tools like Configsnapshot. Can somebody suggest other tools similar to configsnapshot and isetup so that we can do some evaluation ? I have also read somewhere that isetup is good for implementations and not for upgrades?
