Posting goes into error

Hello All

We are in 11.5.10.2

In GL while posting journal,it goes into completed error.

The Error is SHRD0114: Executing Pro*C statement Create index gl_summary_int_u1 ...
SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
ORA-06512:

Need urgent help.
