OHS 10.1.3.3 (Apache Web Server v2.x or above) 32 bit or 64 bit

As per the Siebel bookshelf 8.1  OHS 10.1.3.3 (Apache Web Server v2.x  or above) supports both Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.1 (32-bit) and Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4 (64-bit) .... But there is a "Caution" note given in the bookshelf  for supported web servers as CAUTION: Web servers must be run in 32-bit mode.   Our Environment : Siebel 8.1.1 base ,  OEL 5.4 64 bit Which one should I download OHS 10.1.3.3 web server 32 bit or 64 bit ?
