Account Web Link in order to create Leads (Associated Account)

Hi, we are using a weblink on the account detail page in order to create leads and forward information.

This weblink works fine, if the account name is distinct. If there are fwe companies with the same name an error occurs:An exact match could not be found. Please select an appropriate record, or cancel this dialog.

Therefore I would like to integrate the Account Row ID or External ID, but I am not able to create a correct URL.

We are using following URL:

https://secure-ausomxbxa.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/DefLeadInsert?OMTGT=LeadCreateEditForm&OMTHD=LeadNewNav&OMRET0=LeadsHomepage

&LeadCreateEditForm.Company Name=%%%Name%%%
