Oracle iSupport: Internal Organization for Employee Created Service Requests - cannot see my party

Hi,

I have created an HZ TCA Organization Party but I cannot see it in the LOV for the "Oracle iSupport: Internal Organization for Employee Created Service Requests" profile.

I see that the HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES:INTERNAL_FLAG must = Y for it to appear in the LOV but I cannot find out where I can set this flag to Y (my party shows as INTERNAL_FLAG = N).

Anyone who can help please?
