hiring candidates from iRecruitment

Oracle iRecruitment query - Upon acceptance of an offer by a candidate, his status is ipdated to 'Accepted'. In iRecruitment, on the 'iRecruitment Recruiter' responsibility under the 'Action' button, I see options such as 'Update Offer', 'See Offer details' etc, but do not see an option for hiring the candidate directly from iRecruitment.

However, I can use the HR responsibility to hire him.

What are the essential setup steps to follow to be able to hire the candidate from iRecruitment itself?
