LCM : How to set used "%" for third party search?

 Hi,
We use GO button or "%" for search it not show data.

Example,
- We have a party name "Electric co.,ltd"
  Key word search:
      - "%tric%"    not found data from this search
      - "E%"          found data from search

I want to know. How to set used "%" or click GO button for  third party search header site.
Please let me know.
