Unable to Create New Ledger

Dear Frns,

I am trying to create a new ledger for my testing purpose in vision instance.However when i try to update the "Retained Earnings Account" it does not give me any values after search option and create button is also disabled.

Some details on what i did:

Created acct flexfld for company/department and account - initially without the allow dynamic insertion option.

Created corresponding segment values for these segments.

After reading some note ids, i found that we need to check allow dynamic insertion.

But still not working.

Any help wil be greatly appreciated.
